UMI is a limited liability Company (Special Project Vehicle (SPV) incorporated in Nigeria on 7th July 2013 at the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry out the preparation, planning and establishment of the Abuja City World Class Hospital as main initial focus.
Universal Medical Innovations Ltd is a limited liability Company (Special Project Vehicle (SPV) incorporated in Nigeria to carry out the Establishment of this World Class Hospital as main initial focus.
The Special Project Vehicle (SPV) is also legally allowed to carry out other allied businesses. Our main focus now is this World Class Hospital. The Company started planning the Hospital since May 2009 using a sister company. Universal Medical Innovations Ltd was incorporated in 22nd November 2013. RC 1155100.
